HOW TO PURCHASE
- Select the showtime that you wish to purchase, then select the ticket and quantity.
- Follow the on screen instructions on making payment.
- Only Visa/Mastercard Credit and Debit Cards are accepted.
- Ensure that the card used is enabled for online and international transactions.
- Contact your bank customer service to enable it if you require assistance.
- Upon successful payment your tickets will be sent via email. If you are using a gmail account then do check the "Promotions" folder for your tickets.
- Tickets sold are non-refundable unless the show is absolutely cancelled.
ARE THERE OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT
- Alternative method of payment is via FPX and Grab Pay.
- Click here to purchase with FPX/Online Banking or Grab Pay.
- Tickets purchased via this method will take 60 - 120 minutes to process.
